Your lessons will be designed with maximum flexibility to meet your needs and the time which you have available. It may also be that group learning doesn't work specifically for you and that you would feel more confident learning on a one-to-one approach. You will also be able to have a go at abseiling or improve your abseling technique if you wish. |

Itinerary & Highlights
The content of a personal training session is exactly what you want it to be; For beginners you will learn all the basics needed to get started, whether that may be just getting started or learning much more advanced techniques such as a "drop-knee" or "egyptian". Perhaps you just wish to improve your ropework or want to learn to become a confident and able abseiler.
All equipment incl climbing shoes is supplied .
Minimum age is 18 years old. If you have a medical condition that you think may affect your ability to do this experience please check with the centre when booking |
