With 3 sun terraces positioned to catch the sun all day, and a private balcony you will get stunning views across Calete de Fuste bay. Only a short 5 minute drive from the championship Fuerteventura Golf Club we provide Golf Clubs for your enjoyment. Close to Restaurants, Bars and the Town Centre.
The house is ideally located. Calete de Fuste itself is an ideal water sports and diving area but perhaps more importantly it gives easy access to both Corralejo in the North (FLAG BEACH) and Costa Calma (SOTOVENTE BEACH) in the South.
The master bedroom has its own private terrace balcony and en suite bathroom. Bedroom two is a twin room and the third room contains a double sofa bed / futon. Further sleeping accommodation is available on one of the two double bed settees in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a walk in shower in a cubicle, and the other with a bath and shower screen. We have a Fully fitted modern kitchen, Utility Room, and two Living Rooms with a separate dining area (dinning table and 4 chairs) and good quality modern furniture, 21 inch TV /DVD /CD and an English Satellite system with 24 hour films, music TV, children's TV.
There is also further 14 inch TV with Playstation 2 and games. The PS2 is located in bedroom 3 which can also double as a second lounge for privacy for parents or sharing couples. Great for a family holiday we have lots of provisions for children, high chair, cot etc. There are three tall air cooling fans.
The main terrace is accessed from double patio doors off the living room. The terrace is south facing and totally secluded. It is 40m2 in size. There is an outside cool shower. There are six back reclining sun loungers. There is a hard wood oval table and six comfortable chairs and parasol. There is a shaded area under a canopy. The front terrace is also large and north facing. The private balcony off the master bedroom is south facing with spectacular views across Calete de Fuste bay. It is 15m2 with a parasol, tabel, and chairs. |

Caleta de Fuste is close to 'El Mattoral' and is a fast developing new resort and a safe water sports haven. It is an ideal location being half way between the world famous beaches and surf of Corralajo (Flag beach) in the North and Costa Calma (Sotovente beach) in the south. Cale de Fuste itself offers fine diving, snorkelling, windsurfing are popular in this protected bay and dolphins and pilot whales are common sights a little further out to sea. The island's first golf course is situated just south of the village, an 18-hole, par 70 studded with palm trees and surrounding three stream-linked lakes. The house is only 8 Euros in a taxi from the airport (10 minUTES drive). Airport transfers can be arranged for you for 30 Euros return based on four people.
The golden sandy beach is located within walking distance, or by the kids 'noddy' train, and it is very safe for swimming. The famous endless beaches of Sotavento and Jandia are 40 minutes drive away but well worth a visit. To the north, 40 minutes will bring you to the white sand dunes and beaches near Corralejo. Here you will find windsurfing and kite experts from around the world.
A set of clubs are provided for your use, free of charge (provide your own balls). The Fuerteventura Golf Club, home to the 2004 Spanish Open and the first of its kind on the island, is only 5 minutes drive from the apartment (approx 3 Euros by taxi). The course has 18 holes, with a par of 71, and wanders over streams and around lakes. The 18th hole has a very high tee and is a dog leg par 4. Here, the player could take more club than is needed for the tee shot with the breeze blowing behind. The delightful climate throughout summer and winter means this exciting course can be enjoyed at any time of the year. Located at the hotel, the clubhouse has changing facilities with lockers, bars, cafes and restaurants. There is also a large pro-shop where buggies, trolleys and clubs can be hired. Also available to guests are 2 practice greens, 1 for putting and the other for chipping and bunker shots.
The house is adjacent to the Castillo beach club and pool complex. There are 10 quality pools all within a maximum 5 minute walk of the house. The house is adjacent to the "Traveller Pub" and ˜Ocean View Terrace" and a 5 minute walk from the Montecastillo centre (where you will find restaurants and bars), and then only a further 5 minute walk to the heart of town. This house is NOT at the peak of Chipmunk Hill!!!
The house is within easy reach distance of the beach and the bars and shops. It is only a two Euros taxi ride to the Atlantico Centre where you will find a large cheap supermarket (Spar) and a range of great shops, 10-pin bowling, and a multi screen English Cinema.
Further, Calete de Fuste is in the centre of the island and is perfectly located for exploring the rest of the island. For example, you can reach the Baku water park in the north at Corralejo in about 35 minutes. For example, you can reach the La Lajita Zoo in the south of the island at Cost Calm in about 35 minutes. |
