Run by an English and Italian speaking Austrian host, A CASA is a four star apartment house, based in the south-facing village of Kaisers, only a mile from Solden. The house provides an idyllic retreat from the hustle and bustle of the main street of Solden, but is within easy walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants. A regular bus service (every 10 minutes) will take you to the two ski-lifts in the centre of Solden, or further a field to visit some of the other villages nearby.

Apartment house ‘A CASA' was newly built in November 2006 and provides an extremely high standard of self-catering or bed and breakfast accommodation, with state of the art appliances in each apartment, including cable television in each room and the option of wireless inter-net connectivity. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave. All bedrooms are en-suite with state of the art power shower which provides a relaxing musical experience at the end of a long day out. The apartments all have under-floor heating.

In the house's spa-oasis area you will find a retreat of calmness and relaxation, including a sauna for 6-8 persons with aroma-therapy, bath “Zuber”, infra-red-cabin, regeneration-shower, relaxation loungers and a spring with fresh Tyrolean mountain-water.
A traditional Tyrolean breakfast is served in the communal living room, which also doubles as an ideal area for larger parties to meet after a long day on the slopes and enjoy a drink from the fully-stocked self-service house bar.
