Hotel Uolis Nah Tulum
Hotel “Uolis Nah” is located in the town of Tulum, about one and a half hours south of the Cancun Airport. Hotel “Uolis Nah” is a charming little hotel with 6 open-space apartments divided into three two-story round villas.
They are all equipped with full kitchens, lounge area with a sofa bed for one person, terrace with garden view and bathrooms with beautiful mosaic-tiled floors. The double bed is separated by a demi wall so that they can easily accommodate up to three adults.
The common outdoor area is equipped with a huge gas grill that is ready to cook in five minutes and surrounded by a stunning garden with hammocks where you can relax and chill out.

You will be centrally located so that you can enjoy all that Tulum offers. Uolis Nah is only a 5 minute drive to the beach, the Mayan ruins and Gran Cenote. At walking distance you can find the supermarket, bank, internet, car hire, pharmacy and a short walk from there you’ll be at the beginning of Tulum’s main avenue with its various restaurants and shops.
For those who intend renting a car it’s the strategic spot to start your trips to Playa del Carmen (40mins), Coba ruins (25mins), the Sian Kaan biosphere nature reserve (30mins), and Punta Allen (3hours).

Tulum is a great location (but not a nightclub hotspot) if you want idyllic beaches, a beatiful location near signifcant mayan ruins, thsi si the place to come and XTC is definitely the place to go. Marco and Jerry are good instructors, speak at least three languages and are fun to learn from. I'll go back. Make sure Marco tells you how to get to La Zebra for the best Mojitos you'll ever drink!

Description |
The Yucatán Peninsula, where the Hotel Uolis Nah is located, is an area with many Mayan ruins. One example is Tulum which is the only Mayan ruin situated on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean sea and surrounded by the beautiful white sand beaches.
You can also visit Cobá which is located just 40 Km (25 miles) from Tulum which contains the tallest pyramid in the peninsula.
Other attractions that merit a visit are Chichen Itza where the mayan priests lived, just 170 Km (105 miles) from Tulum, or Muyil where you will find the Siankan biological reserve which has a lagoon of transparent water opening up to the Caribbean.
You can visit these sites in just one day by renting a car or, if you prefer, you can take a horseback ride.
Other excursions that you can take include a boat trip to snorkel or scuba dive, visit the cenotes (containing crystal clear fresh water) or the reefs.
Local Amenities:
Bank: In the center of Tulum there is an HSBC bank as well as 3 ATMs connected by the RED system.
Medical Services: There is a hospital and a 24 hour pharmacy, private medical practices and an English speaking dentist.
Taxi: There are 2 taxi stations in Tulum, you can also hail one from the street. It is recommended that settle on a price before entering the taxi.
Buses: In Tulum there are 2 bus stations. One is in the area of the ruins and is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and another in town which runs 24 hours. It provides first and second class service with destinations in Playa del Carmen, Cancún, Chetumal, Mérida, Valladolid, Chichen Itza, Coba, México City, Palenque and San. Cristóbal. |
