Set in 4.5 acres of unspoilt woodland this villa is totally private. With spectacular views over the Ionian Sea towards Cephalonia, this villa is a fantastic getaway from the stresses of everyday life.

The Summer House is approached through antique studded doors, and a cobbled courtyard lined with mandarin orange trees. Round the front of the house are the wide terraces which lead down to a large pool, sun beds and hammocks. A huge shaded terrace with built in seating takes full advantage of the view. Along with the large outdoor fireplace and barbeque, this is a fantastic place to host dinner parties and entertain friends.

The spacious, open plan living space boasts huge amounts of seating and cushions alongside a fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons you need.

There are five bedrooms; the master en-suite has its own terrace accessed via French doors, a further double also boasts its own terrace. One further double and two twins, all bedrooms have air conditioning and are supplied with fine Egyptian cotton bedding.

The four bathrooms all have large free standing showers and pebbled floors, with bath towels provided.
This villa is beautifully decorated, and every detail has been done with love and attention to detail. The Summer House is designed for easy summer living, the emphasis on comfort and relaxation.
