The Cala Gonone area boasts an impressive 800 routes; the majority of these are sport and have seen very little traffic. It provides quiet crags with lovely, grippy limestone... it's no wonder this is rated the best climbing spot in Sardinia!

Climbers have a warm welcome in Cala Gonone. There are a couple of climbing shops, and even a great local bar to meet other climbers, and read the hand-drawn topos for the up-and-coming areas.

The holiday includes five days guided climbing that can be tailored to your ability. Whether you are climbing at basic level, intermediate or even a pro, Cala Gonone has something for everybody. Our fully qualified climbing guides have amazing knowledge of the local area and can take you to all the best crags for your ability.
Cala Gonone has mainly sport routes which offer great advantage for lead climbing!

Itinerary / Highlights

Normal days events:

8-9am: Breakfast to set you up for the day

9 - 9:30: Brief on the days climbing and understanding what you want to do!

9:30 - 11:30 Morning break

12:00 - 1:30 More climbing

1:30 - 2:30: Lunch

2:30 Climb untill you drop!

Why not stay in a log cabin style apartment? Our fresh and quirky cabins have a double bedroom, shower, kitchenette / lounge and are surrounded by magnificent views. This accommodation is self-catering, however the on-site bar is always cooking up some juicy whole roast chickens and can offer a great BBQ feast should you fancy it.

If you're part of a larger group, then take all five of these great cabins and enjoy your own private village!

The staff here is very friendly and the location is in close proximity to the local town which offers, bars, restaurants and shops depending on what you´re looking for.
