The rock of the climbing area San Bartolo in Tarifa is wind protected and offers, due to the mild climate, great climbing fun around the whole year. The rock consists of compact sand- and limestone and has a good and unpolished quality. The majority of the climbing routes are up to 25 meters, also there are some multi- pitchroutes up to 80 meters.

Basic Courses teaching you the basic skills which let you enjoy climbing with its general material instructions, safety engineering, abseiling and knots instructions. A goal is the independent climbing and belaying using the "top rope" (the rope already hanging at the rock)or starting leading already depending the level of the group.
